Richard L. Iandoli

Attorney Richard Iandoli has practiced U.S. immigration law since 1977. Among his many accomplishments, he has served as Past Chair of the New England Chapter, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a member of AILA Executive Committee from 1992- 1997, and he is a past member of AILA National Board of Governors. Richard is a frequent lecturer on U.S. immigration matters, and has led presentations for the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations, the National Lawyers Guild, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (nationally and locally), Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), Northeastern University, Boston University, Boston College and Harvard University Schools of Law, the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, and the National Association of Foreign Student Advisors (NAFSA). Throughout his career, Richard has served as a mentor for other attorneys through AILA and the Political Asylum Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project. He is also the author of numerous articles on U.S. immigration matters for AILA, MCLE and others.

Richard’s current bar admissions include the Massachusetts Bar, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He holds a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts (1969) and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts (1976).

Prasant D. Desai

Attorney Prasant Desai has practiced U.S. immigration law since 1992, with a focus on business immigration matters. Prasant has lectured frequently on U.S. immigration law matters to a variety of professional associations, institutions and continuing legal education seminars. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has served as a Section Chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section.

Prasant’s current bar admissions include the Massachusetts Bar, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from California State University in Long Beach California (1989) and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. (1992).

Madeline Choi Cronin

Attorney Madeline Cronin has practiced U.S. immigration law since 1994, concentrating in business, family and deportation. Madeline has lectured on U.S. immigration law topics at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars, at educational institutions, and to professional associations. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the Irish International Immigration Center (IIIC), and has served as an Asylum Pro Bono Volunteer with the Political Asylum Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project.

Madeline’s current bar admissions include the California Bar, the California Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court of California. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts, Boston (1991) and a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California (1994).

Outside of the office, Madeline enjoys spending time with her family as well as outdoor activities such as rowing and hiking.

Donal Eoin Reilly

Attorney Donal Eoin Reilly has practiced U.S. immigration law since 1991, concentrating in business and family-based immigration matters. Eoin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a Past Chair of the AILA New England Chapter, New Members Section, and has served as a member of the Boston Area Responsible Officers (BAROS) (2002 – present). Eoin is on the Board of Directors of the Irish International Immigration Center (IIIC), where he has served as a Volunteer Attorney since 1991. He was the co-author of AILA’s Visa Processing Handbook (1997 – 2010), and has lectured on immigration matters for the IIIC, NAFSA, AILA, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and numerous colleges and universities in the Greater Boston area, and at several community non-profit organizations in the U.S. and in Ireland. Eoin received the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Governor’s Award for Immigration Assistance in 1998 and was honored with the 2011 Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Legal Services’ Adams Pro Bono Publico Award. In addition to his presentations, Eoin has been interviewed on a variety of immigration-related topics by RTE (Ireland), the BBC, and radio stations throughout the U.S.

Eoin’s current bar admissions include the Massachusetts Bar, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He holds a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Nebraska (1983) and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts (1990).

There are only a handful of stormy or icy days each year that will prevent Eoin from riding his bike to the office. The cold is no match for Eoin’s love of cycling. He also enjoys international travel and learning about new cultures. His most recent travels have brought him to the U.K., India, and Bhutan

Mary E. Walsh

Attorney Mary Walsh has practiced U.S. immigration law since 2006, and prior to attending law school Mary worked as an immigration paralegal in San Francisco and Cambridge for several years. Mary concentrates her practice in business and family-based immigration matters, with a specialization in obtaining visas and legal permanent resident status for research scholars, scientists, artists and athletes including O-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professors and Researchers, and National Interest Waivers.

Mary is currently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts,  the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Massachusetts Bar Association, and has served as Chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section in 2010-2011 and again in 2020-2021.  Mary lectures frequently on immigration-related topics at a variety of education and research institutions in the Greater Boston area as well as for NAFSA: Association of International Educators.

Mary is currently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. She holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York (2001) and a Juris Doctor with a concentration in International Law (with distinction) from Suffolk University Law School (2006).

Jennifer A. McGill

Attorney Jennifer McGill has practiced U.S. immigration law since 2013, concentrating in business and family-based immigration. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked with businesses and entrepreneurs in the Greater Boston area. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Massachusetts Bar Association and regularly serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the Irish International Immigration Center (IIIC).

Jennifer is currently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor’s in both International Relations and Journalism, magna cum laude, from Boston University (2004) and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts (2013), where she was the recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor Merit Scholarship, a New England Scholar Award Recipient, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award recipient in Business Immigration Law and Employment Law.

Jennifer is a life-long Red Sox fan and tries to catch as many games as possible each season at Fenway and on the road. She enjoys digital photography and bringing the camera along on walks with her rescued Labradors Charlie and Moxie.

Alison Howard-Yilmaz

Attorney Alison Howard-Yilmaz has practiced U.S. immigration law since 2017, concentrating in business immigration. Prior to and while attending law school, Alison worked with international students at area schools for nearly 15 years. Alison also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Central Asia. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Association of International Educators (NAFSA), and the Boston Bar Association.

Alison is currently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in political science from Boston University (1998) and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts (2017), where she was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award recipient in Immigration Law. Alison participated in the Student Trial Advocacy Competition while at Massachusetts School of Law.

Alison enjoys travelling and spending time with her two children, Gabe and Sofia. She also enjoys cheering on the Patriots.
